The case of the missing ka ka

Today Keenan goes running by me yelling "ka ka, ka ka" which is my cue that he has a little present in his diaper for me. He then proceeds to plop down on the carpet in my room and start to read a book. I'm about ready to pick him up when I realize he doesn't have a diaper on. Did he go in his potty? Nope, empty. His discarded diaper is sitting on the floor in his room... empty. Ok, so where's the ka ka? Just a few days ago as I was cleaning up the kitchen I could hear Keeanan yelling "Momma, Momma, MOMMA!" I yelled back that I was busy in the kitchen. So Keenan comes running into the kitchen, looks at me and with a little bit of attitude points his little pudgy finger at me and yells "KA KA!!" He then ran back to what he was playing with. I followed him and sure enough he had a sticky diaper. He has been very consistent about telling me so I was a little perplexed about where this missing ka ka was. I looked everywhere... I hope. No ka ka was found. Maybe he was just warning me for what was to come as he had a dirty diaper later but, he did have a little bit on his bottom which was then transferred to the carpet. Hopefully I won't find a little ka ka hiding somewhere.

Awww. Belated Merry Xmas to you guys! I wish you could have come home to be with your families, but it sounds like you had a good celebration in Kiev. We miss you!
